- Highly competent in payroll systems e.g. Attache and others.
- Microsoft packages particularly EXCEL necessary.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Daily manual calculation of pay variations and entry into Excel.
- Set up and entry of new employees.
- Fortnightly processing of payroll into Attache including entering timesheets, verification, EFT upload and reporting.
- Maintenance and termination of employee records as required.
- Correspond with Area Managers in relation to variations / queries.
- Deal with employee correspondence such as letters of employment, confirmation of wages etc.
- Entry, maintenance & record keeping of employee Visa status and Working with Children register.
- Fortnightly follow up with Area Managers regarding outstanding pay information.
- Fortnightly follow up of outstanding employee file information with Area Managers.
- Filing employee information & maintenance of employee files.
- Assistance to Financial Controller and General Manager as required.
- Must be able to work Full time hours fortnightly during payroll processing days with approximately 25hrs per week.
