About the role: DBG is looking for a Payroll Officer to work alongside the Payroll Manager and contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of all payroll systems and processes, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction and overall business success. Key responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of the entire payroll function (AU and NZ) Support the management of superannuation, payroll tax, and work cover Maintain payroll system (IChris) and data integrity Handle payroll queries and provide professional customer service to employees Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments Skills/Quals we need: 1-2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role, managing a payroll for 500+ employees Experience using IChris or similar system (SAP) Strong deductive reasoning, logic, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to juggle conflicting priorities; strong time management Knowledge of payroll legislation Why choose us?
