Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the ideal candidate will apply their passion for ensuring the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of accounts payable and payroll data within the Finance Department and maintain a hands-on approach to assist the team with broader administrative duties.
About the role…
You will be a team player with the skills and the motivation to make things happen in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supplier invoice management and payment coordination.
- Processing of weekly payroll
- Ensure compliance with employer statutory obligations such as superannuation, payroll tax, workcover and award conditions
- Timely response to supplier and employee queries
- Banking reconciliations
- Assisting the Finance team with additional administration duties/reporting as required.
About you…
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office, and specifically MS Excel
- Experience with Employment Hero payroll system highly regarded
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A flexible and solution-based mindset.
- The ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
