SalaryRobert Half are proud to be working with an exciting and well-known not-for-profit organisation based in Richmond to recruit a Payroll Officer. This is a 3-4 month temporary contract with a high chance of extension.
Our client is an industry leader within Australia who value their staff and offer flexible working conditions.
In this role you will be part of a team, responsible for the end-to-end processing of over 700 employees. You will need to be accurate and have excellent communication skills when speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
The role:
- End to end processing of payroll in accordance to the companies policies and procedures (fortnightly)
- Onboarding new starters
- Processing termination requests
- End of month reporting
- Dealing with Payroll queries
Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
