THE ROLE

• Managing end-to-end payroll duties
• Manage communications and records for leave and rosters
  
• Set up new employees and process termination payments
  
• Assist with reconciliations and payments for superannuation, payroll tax and workers compensation
  
• Address all payroll related queries
  

THE PERSON

• 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll
  
• Experience with Australian legislation
  
• Experience interpreting multiple Awards/EBAs
  
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
  
• Experience with manual processing
  
• Strong communications skills - both verbal and written communication
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Excel skills
