Payroll Officer

Hays Gippsland is currently seeking a Payroll Officer to commence immediately for an initial 3-month assignment with the potential for ongoing employment!

You will be responsible for the following

• Processing a high level of payroll requests
• Managing all payroll enquires via phone or email
• Addressing superannuation queries and requirements
• General administration and filing duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

What you need to succeed

• Oracle experience (preferred)
• Established payroll experience
• A strong understanding of superannuation requirements and ability to interpret EAs
• Ability to provide communication effectively with a very wide audience both written and verbal
• Extensive experience in problem solving to deliver beneficial outcomes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively within the payroll team
