Your New Organisation
You will be working for a Global Health care organisation who have a very reputable brand. They are currently in the market for a Payroll Officer on a Contract basis for 4 months. They are looking to grow and develop the current Payroll department and ensure the business processes a smooth Payroll process.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and will be completing the below:
- Back Pay Calculations
- Data manipulation
- Backlog of queries
- End to End Payroll Processing - 3000 Employees
- Working in a team of 6
- Chris21 System
- Success factors T&A System
- Manage a fortnightly Payroll
- Payroll Queries
- System reviews and amendments
- EBA and Award interpretation / Review
- Over payments and Underpayments
- Assist with any projects
- Australia and New Zealand Payroll
- PAYG and Superannuation
- Assist with Streamlining processes
- Ensuring Documentation is completed
- Adhoc duties
What you need to Succeed
You will need previous Payroll experience in a senior capacity, preferably Chris21 or Success factors experience in order to jump straight into the role, have EBA and award knowledge.
