A leader in the business services industry, our client utilises modern technology and a talented, knowledgeable team to provide expert and value-adding solutions. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll and Accounts Payable Officer to join the Brisbane team.
The Role
Your key responsibilities in this role include:
- Run the end-to-end process of company payroll for approval by the Financial Controller.
- Manage the company payroll system and ensure accuracy of records.
- Provide company advice on relevant awards, agreements and legislation.
- Review of all transactions for BAS on a quarterly basis for all IP entities.
- Manage end of year processing and reconciliations including payment summaries.
Your Skills & Experience
- Outstanding payroll experience spanning at least 3+ years with a large corporation.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to easily learn new systems.
