This global, innovative solutions company is embarking on many payroll projects and requires a payroll professional. If you consider yourself an expert in end to end payroll as well as time and attendance payroll processes, then please make your presence be known!
This is a great opportunity for you to develop your data entry and payroll administration skills whilst your company's payroll team transitions - you will be ensuring the payroll team keep on task with their payroll process improvement procedures. This is a short-term assignment that is likely to extend or go permanent.

Your new role

The client is seeking a Payroll Officer who is capable of the following:

• All onboarding and offboarding payroll processes
• Knowledge of timesheeting payroll processes
• Manually implementing timesheet data via a major ERP software
• Assist managing small multiple payruns across a few entities
• Potentially assist with testing of ERP T&A upgrade and ensure leave and payroll timesheeting processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Have a high, proficient understanding of EBA's and Awards
• Previous experience in payroll teams doing medium volume weekly payruns via a major T&A software
• Initiative, resilience and a can-do attitude to meet deadlines, learn processes and work within a team environment
• All-round communications skills written and spoken
