Payroll Officer - Micropay

A dynamic Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Payroll Officer to join a friendly team, In this role you will be assisting with managing the departments end to end payroll  The successful Payroll Officer will be offered an initial 4-6 month contract with the view to extend.

Successful Payroll Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Processing employees pay, issuing deductions and other earnings
• Verifying work hours and payment through payrole system
• Updating payroll records regularly

The successful Payroll Officer will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in a Payroll Officer position
• Experience working with Micropay
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
