Electel Resources Pty Ltd is a Powerline Distribution contracting company based in North Plympton, SA.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, efficient and self-motivated person with payroll experience. The position will be full time, 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.
The Payroll Officer will provide administrative support to the Business Manager and process the company Payroll (approx. 100 employees) weekly.
Basic computer skills and experience with accounting software is a must. Experience using MYOB would be advantageous. Previous clerical experience is essential.
Main tasks the successful applicant will be responsible for include:
- Entry & Processing of weekly Payroll
- Monthly Entitlement Reporting
- EA & Award Interpretation and the ability to answer employee queries on leave entitlements, terminations, superannuation and taxation.
- Answering payroll related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the Accounts Payable Administrator
- Data entry - Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Assist HR Staff - Ensure employee details are up to date & accurate
- General Administration duties (answering phones, filing etc.)
Remuneration will be subject to experience.
