About the Role
A leading energy company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join their payroll team. This is a 6-month contract position, focused on payroll operations and project support. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Expertise: Looking for someone who is switched on and has substantial hands-on experience in payroll management.
- Senior-Level Tasks: The role involves handling complex tasks related to payroll, tax, and awards.
- Project Assistance: You’ll collaborate with the payroll team to deliver critical projects. Prior project experience is not mandatory.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- You will receive a short handover, and you should be able to jump right in and contribute effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, HRIS Systems, and SAP is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Given the high volume of payroll transactions, meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
