We are seeking an experienced AS01 Payroll Officer to join one of our government clients for an immediate start. This position will be two - three month duration with potential for extension. The role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in frontline customer service, contact centre and payroll, in a fast paced customer service role, with high volumes.

The Role

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provide administrative support, data entry and payroll services on behalf of SA Government Agencies by efficiently processing all employee timesheets and leave forms
• Assist by sorting, scanning, record keeping, archiving and data entry of various leave forms
• Filing employee documentation, scanning & archiving, sorting & batching
• Data Processing

Skills And Experience RequiredWe are seeking applications from candidates who bring:

• CHRIS21 Experience or similar payroll/accounting system experience
• Attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Resilience to fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• A current National Police Clearance is required
