Join a market leader, working on one of their sites in Greenacre! Take ownership of their weekly payroll for around 150 employees. WFH available after initial training and onboarding period.
ADP or Kronos experience is highly favourable but not essential.
What you will be responsible for:
- Processing the weekly payroll for approx. 150 people
- Providing assistance as required with fortnightly management payroll
- Liaising with People & Culture on various HR-matters such as new hires, terminations, remuneration and conditions of service
- Liaising with managers on time sheet discrepancies
- Monitor the payroll inbox and respond to all payroll-related queries in a timely manner
- Monthly payroll tax returns and annual reconciliations
- EOFY preparation of payment summaries and submission of PAYG and Superannuation payments
- Assist with annual actual wages declaration for worker compensation insurance
What we look for:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience in Manufacturing/FMCG would be preferred
- ADP & Kronos experience and knowledge is favourable
- Legislative and award knowledge is desirable - ability to interpret relevant awards and legislation
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes and systems
