About the role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure payrolls are processed timely and accurately with adherence to all relevant awards, agreements and legislation. To provide payroll support to our Care Communities and a high level of customer service to all team members.
Who you are:
- You are resourceful and adaptable to change
- You are a team-player – you work well with others, willing to collaborate and learn, and will always pitch in to ensure the job gets done
- You work well under pressure, are highly organised, efficient and have outstanding time management skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll – Knowledge of Dayforce desirable
- Legislative knowledge of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation
- Ability to interpret awards statutes and agreements
- Experience with multi site payrolls
