Based in Maroochydore, this rapidly growing community-based organisation delivers a range of specialist support and intervention programs for children, young people, and families.
The Position:
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Project Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Payroll modules within the HRIS. This involves close collaboration with the People and Culture department and other key stakeholders within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing implementation tasks and supporting the integration of payroll components/modules of ELMO.
- Developing comprehensive work plans that prioritise project tasks.
- Meeting project milestones within specified timelines.
- Articulating and reporting project outputs and outcomes.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials related to projects.
- Analysing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending continuous system and process improvement.
Required Background and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of ELMO is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end projects, from planning to post-implementation support.
- Sound knowledge of finance and HR processes, with experience collaborating across departments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
