The role: This role will assist to coordinate the payroll function, ensuring employees are paid in accordance with the Warrigal Agreements, and that accurate payroll records are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Processing fortnightly payroll with assistance from the Payroll Team Reconciliation and authorisation of fortnightly pays, ensuring EFT payments are processed in a timely manner Liaising with management and employees regarding pay enquiries Process and reconcile Payroll month end Prepare month end reports and statistical information and update Payroll data for board report End of year processing Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to pay entitlements Processing pay increases and calculation of back pays
