Payroll Specialist

Our Client:
This company, conveniently located in the South East, are a leading organisation that take pride in the services they deliver. Over time this has lead to continual success, growth and a very strong market reputation. 

Currently they have the need for a Payroll Officer with experience using Chris21 to join in a full time permanent position. 

Job Description:
As the Payroll Officer, you will be reporting into the Senior Payroll Officer and your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Maintaining and updating employee records in an accurate manner
• Prcessing the end to end payroll on a weekly basis 
• Managing stakeholder queries via phone and e-mail
• EBA and Award interpretation
• Assist with month end reporting
• General administration related to payroll services
• Set up new employees and terminations
• Improve efficiencies and provide recommendations to the Payroll Manager
• Other ad hoc duties as per the Payroll Manager’s request

Ideal Candidate:
To be considered successful as the Payroll Officer for our client you must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a similar position and be immediately available. A focus on customer service and strong communication skills is imperative to succeed in this position. A proven track record of Chris21 is highly regarded.
