About the Role This position is primarily responsible for driving Melbourne's branch service business through providing high quality support, assistance, and guidance to our customers. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Visiting customers and determining their repair and maintenance needs. Working closely with Sales and Service Managers to build a unified total solution approach for new and existing business. Spearhead conquest retail growth within area, offering potential new customer’s fixed price servicing arrangements. Working with customers to quote and book service and repair work. Liaising with Field Service and Workshop personnel to meet customers’ expectations. Maintaining communication with internal and external customers.
