About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic P&C Advisor to provide essential support to the People and Culture team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, with a strong focus on recruitment, being a first point of contact for P&C queries and BAU HR operations.
Duties
- Drive the recruitment process
- Responsible for the full employee life cycle
- Provide support to employees on generalist HR enquiries
- Award interoperation
- Work closely with the P&C Business Partner on any ongoing projects
To be successful with this role, you will be a team player and someone who thrives in a supportive role. You will be a strong communicator, enjoy building rapport with internal teams and have excellent organisation skills. You will be detail-oriented and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Previous experience working within Education highly desirable
- Experience working within award interoperation
- Strong background in a HR Generalist role
- Ability to uphold confidentially and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid WWCC or willingness to obtain one
