About the role
MSS Security is looking for People and Culture Coordinators in Melbourne to support a portfolio of managers and their client sites with talent acquisition activities , meet the resourcing requirements and targets for the business, and provide generalist HR and first tier ER support..
Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, this role will support a Human Resources Business Partner with all people, culture and related matters and queries from allocated portfolios. . The duties of the role are, but not limited to,:
Respond to general employee inquiries and support a P&C Business Partner in resolving employee concerns.
Onboarding all new employees and conducting employee inductions.
Delivering a range of employee engagement activities across the organisation including coaching and training sessions for employees and management
Maintain HR reports on key metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Supporting the administration of our reward and recognition scheme, and employee referral bonus
Actively ensure the highest standards of delivery, stakeholder management and collaboration within the team, wider People & Culture team and the business
What we are looking for:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
Verifiable experience working in a Human Resources/People and Culture function
Experience using Workday or another HRIS and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement plans
Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and administration skills
Sound time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and set priorities
A strong understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality
Full Australian working rights and willing to undergo National Police check
