We are seeking an energetic, detail focused administrator to join our People team in a Maternity Leave position for 3 days per week. You will have the chance to impact our teams across our Corporate Services, Chiropractic, and Operational teams. You will also work closely with the other members of the People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience to your new team. This is a fully remote Work From Home role (not a joke, the entire team works from their homes).
This role would be perfect for a final year student studying Human Resources, or someone looking for their first role within a People team.

The Role
The role of the People Administrator is to perform specific administrative support tasks to support the operations of the People team. The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Maintaining accuracy of of files and databases,
- Assisting with the compliance needs of our staff,
- Supporting the onboarding and integration of new team members,
- Supporting the Head of People and People Officer in performance and discipline processes, and
- Other tasks as directed by the Head of People.
Experience in Human Resources/People and Culture is preferred for this role, though a student completing their degree would be welcome too. To be successful in this role, you will need to be diligent and have attention to detail. There is scope for this role to become permanent at the end of the Maternity Leave position.
