People and Capability – Executive Assistant - Moranbah

A great opportunity has arisen at Isaac Regional Council for a fixed term People & Capability Executive Assistant, based in Moranbah. This position is responsible for providing high-quality executive and administrative support, project management and business reporting as required to the Executive Manager of People & Capability.
This role will include (but not limited to):
- Provide confidential and high-level administrative and financial support to the Executive Manager People & Capability and broader team including diary, meeting, and correspondence management.
- Collation of information including agendas, recording minutes and arranging rooms and equipment for meetings chaired by the People & Capability team.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a high standard of service and professionalism is maintained in all reporting, communications (verbal and written) and represent the Executive Manager of People & Capability and group (as appropriate) by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective interaction.
- Administration of metrics and associated reports for Executive Manager of People & Capability.
- Support the People & Capability Department in delivering its strategies and projects.
For this position we offer:
- $83,320.05 – $89,940.83 per annum (Stream A Level 4 – 5)
- Full time (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday) or Part time – exact hours can be negotiable for the preferred candidate
- Fixed Term Contract – Ceasing Friday 30 August
- 5 weeks annual leave pro rata @ 17.5% loading
- Up to 13.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
