We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven People and Culture Advisor to join our client's dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture and ensuring the well-being of its most valuable asset: its people
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide guidance on various People and Culture initiatives, including performance management, recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation to support a positive work culture.
- Offer expert advice, direction, and consultation on People and Culture matters to drive organisational success.
- Develop, implement, and monitor People and Culture policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, liaising with payroll when necessary.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including contract management and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People and Culture policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.
- Proficiency in using integrated Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Success Factors or equivalent.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and commitment to confidentiality.
- It's a Maternity leave cover till May 2025.
- The role is currently 3 days per week.
