AddressFollowing an internal promotion, we are looking for a customer minded People and Culture Advisor to join our supportive and collaborative team on a fixed term contract, to July 2025.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience, you will be responsible for partnering with a variety of business units to deliver operational Human Resources support. You will play an active role in ensuring all Cricket Victoria people have a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
With a focus on partnering with the business to deliver meaningful experiences, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the annual performance review and performance management cycle and managing the online performance review process
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process in accordance with Cricket Victoria (CV) policies and practices
- Supporting managers across the business to effectively manage any underperformance issues that may arise
- Supporting the overall employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding to ensure consistent employee experiences and use data to build people insights
- Take an active role in developing and implementing a meaningful and engaging lunch n learn series to meet the development needs of CV employees
- Managing the delivery of the annual Cricket Victoria Health & Wellbeing Program, Cricket Victoria Social Committee
- Participating in the WHS Committee as Committee Secretary, and coordinating a variety of WHS activities including policy management, return to work coordination and the management of Workers' Compensation claims.

- Minimum 2-3 years of generalist human resources experience
- A commitment to continuous improvement to drive improved employee experiences
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- An adaptable and pragmatic approach to people solutions
- Proven ability to gain the trust of people across all departments, at all levels
- Strong drive, motivation, creativity & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
