We are seeking an experienced HR coordinator to join our People & Culture team to manage, administer and process all People & Culture employee life cycle administrative requirements.
Reporting into the GM of P&C your role is pivotal in ensuring that our employees receive unparallel support and engagement throughout their journey with us.
Your days will be filled with:
- Crafting seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, setting the stage for success from day one. Including, preparing employment contracts, variations, letters, new employee packs, induction packs, and other HR documents and correspondence.
- Maintain personnel files and HR related information accurately to maintain compliance.
- Fine tuning HR processes and procedures to elevate efficiency and effectiveness.
- Spearheading innovative projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and responding to telephone and P&C mailbox queries.
- General office administrative duties.
A couple years’ experience in a similar environment will be ideal, coupled with:
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and take initiative.
- Passion for creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide top- notch customer service to employees, addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong administration skills coupled with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational ability
- High levels of discretion and the ability to keep information confidential.
