About the role:
The People and Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the P&C team. You are the first point of contact for the business regarding P&C queries and are responsible for providing crucial administrative and operational support to the wider team and key stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to champion the development of programs, policies, and initiatives that propel our team's efficiency and elevate the overall employee experience.
This role will see you:
- Overall management of the HR inbox
- Manage employee paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to exiting and everything in between!)
- Be the team invoicing guru
- Have a continuous improvement mindset – look for ways you and the team can be more effective in their roles.
- Being part of employee engagement initiatives, from owning initiatives to being part of team initiatives.
- Compile HR metrics and generate reports
- Have opportunity to own your own projects and be part of bigger team/ company projects (as they come up)
About you:
We are looking for someone possessing excellent time and people management skills, HR knowledge and a collaborative mindset. This role would suit someone looking to gain further knowledge and experience in HR/P&C in the exciting world of entertainment! If you are a champion in problem-solving and love all things People and Culture, this could be the right role for you!
The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:
- Previous experience in HR Administration or Coordination is preferred.
- HR Diploma or Degree qualifications are desirable.
- Understanding of the employee life cycle including knowledge of employment law, award interpretation and payroll practices.
- Excellent organisational skills including management of competing priorities, along with effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels within the business.
- Advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Canva, SAP etc.
