A bit about the role:
We are looking for someone who can support the P&C Business Partners in delivering on the people strategy by providing administrative support to the team.

This includes:

• Key people metrics & Reporting
• Supporting projects and initiatives.
• Always maintain a safe work environment for all team members

What you can bring to the role:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confident when presenting, active listening
• The ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Track record of achieving KPI’s
• A passion and drive to improve engagement and be a culture champion

Knowledge & Skills in the following:

• HR experience
• Understanding of current legislation and HR practices
• Early Childcare industry experience desirable
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise multiple competing demands
