The role:
The goal of this position is to assist the team to achieve organisational excellence through a focus on learning, quality, teamwork, and reengineering. You will partner with managers in strategy execution, become an expert in the way work is organised and executed to help deliver administrative efficiency, be a champion for our employees and work to increase their contributions and commitment to the business. You will be an agent of continuous transformation, shaping processes and our culture to improve our capacity for change.
This position is responsible for delivering contemporary, innovative and responsive People and Culture solutions to support organisational customer service outcomes and strategic objectives. Experience in a range of HR and IR processes and best practices is key to success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Review and then manage the process for new employees ensuring you achieve our onboarding goals of compliance, clarification, culture and connection
- Manage employee lifecycle activities and administration ensuring legal compliance and best practice
- Coordinate and deliver training for internal staff in line with business requirements, individual development plans and information needs
- Maintain a positive culture through internal communication, employee engagement activities and clear policies, processes and expectations
- Support internal growth in line with operational requirements and plans
- Undertake salary benchmarking and formalise the company review process
- Provide input across people management practices, industrial instruments and risk mitigation
- Maintain and report people data and analytics
- Develop, implement, and maintain relevant policies and procedures
- Support and drive change in the business

- Professional, warm and supportive approach
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current knowledge of employment laws and regulations
