Reporting to the Executive HR Leader, you will have a high degree of autonomy whilst supporting and coaching the HR Operations team. To ensure success in this role you will need to be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and undertake a range of generalist HR duties including:
Coaching business leaders in all HR matters including IR, ER and legislative requirements
Management of HR Advisory and talent acquisition teams
Managing the performance review process
Managing inductions, coaching, counselling and investigations
Negotiation of supplier agreements with external parties
Provide and support regarding EBA processes
Talent reviews, compensation processes, bench marking and job evaluations
Support the L&D team to ensure optimal performance
Other ad hoc HR projects and duties
As a generalist you will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects as they arise, you will have the ability to adjust your priorities in a fast paced, changing environment. You will have experience partnering with leaders providing timely and solid advice to support their business. Your experience and background will have given you the ability to pre-empt issues and work proactively to manage the HR operations function. Tertiary qualifications are essential, as is your experience leading a small team in a similar operational leadership role.
