We are looking for an enthusiastic People Partner Manager to join our People and Performance team based in Brisbane. The role of the People Partner is to utilise developed business knowledge to provide strategic insights to drive business decisions and acts as a strong catalyst for change.

Reporting to the Senior Manager People Partnerships, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Embrace collaboration between the functional and property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and proactive strategic people agenda together with the business
- Partner closely with the leader to ensure that the People agenda is a priority and that the solutions meet the unique needs of the group or department
- Prioritise and partner in building financially sound recommendations, across all aspects of People and Performance that address both the immediate and the long-term needs
- Understand the root cause of leadership needs and gather insights on behalf of the P&P team to inform the design and roll out of P&P initiatives
- Coach, develop and empower leaders to perform as leaders. In addition to educating leaders particularly on People operating model
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven work experience in a Human Resource related role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
- Strong relationship, coaching, influencing and communication skills
You will play a critical role in building the capability of the senior and mid-level leaders. You are the face of People & Performance team and coach leaders on the best approach to accessing services within the People & Performance Team.
