Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this role offers a unique blend of operational and strategic HR responsibilities. You will be instrumental in supporting our leaders to nurture workplace culture and address people-related challenges effectively.
About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be involved in various HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, workforce planning, Work Health and Safety, workers compensation and injury management, remuneration and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
What We’re Looking For:
A true HR generalist with a track record of providing timely and high-quality HR advice and people support across the employee lifecycle.
Minimum of 1 year experience in roles such as HR Advisor, HR Officer, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and support leaders in implementing people strategies.
Hands-on experience in generalist HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Team player mentality with a commitment to delivering top-notch P&C services and driving people initiatives aligned with business goals.
