- Partner closely with with our Merchandise portfolio
- Flexible hybrid working model, work from the comfort of your own home & our centrally-located Docklands office
- Supporting the overall People strategy, specifically the effective practice and implementation of HR initiatives such as performance, talent, culture and team member retention
- Coach, mentor and develop people leaders to be successful in their roles and achieve business objectives
- Play a key role in cultural and structural initiatives within the business, by actively liaising with various managers and departments
- Partner with and advise people leaders on HR and ER policies and procedures
- 1+ years generalist HR experience in a similar role, from a fast-paced environment
- A passionate person who has worked within the HR discipline
- Well grounded, energetic, committed and achievement oriented
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills in order to navigate through complex business paradigms
- Ability to work objectively in a fast-paced environment
