Our client, based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne near Bayswater, is requiring a suitably qualified and experienced People and Culture advisor to join their amazing team.

Full time Position- Monday to Thursday 8.30am- 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 3.00pm
The Role
- Reporting directly to the CEO your role will involve:
- Facilitating all Key HR functions and Programs
- ER/IR practices and legislations including providing general advice on awards, compliance and employee related matters
- Organisational Development
- Oversee all Workplace Health and Safety
- Learning and Development
- Compensation and Benefits
- Update, Develop and deliver Company policies and procedures
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding process for new employees
- In Liaison with the finance department co-ordinate end to end payroll processing, IAS and payroll tax.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, related discipline, or equivalent comparable work experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and writer
- Excellent time management and a Can-do attitude
- Full work rights to work in Australia
- Minium of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
