A successful energy business based in Melbourne CBD are hiring a Senior People and Culture Advisor to join their Retail Market division.
This is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid working arrangement (two days in the office and three from home).
The Senior People and Culture Advisor will proactively support leaders and employees across all aspects of the employment lifecycle. This includes talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, fostering a positive culture, and navigating employee relations.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or other related discipline
- Extensive business partnering experience
- Exposure to HR generalist, stakeholder management, people management practices and organisational capability
- Proven experience addressing capability gaps and lifting leadership capability
- Ability to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders
