Working alongside our friendly and passionate team of Advisors, you will provide a broad range of generalist Human Resources functions, expertise, advice and recommendations across our organisation in recruitment, Enterprise Agreements, employee relations and industrial relations.
With more than 1900 employees covering 11 Enterprise Agreements, we operate in a busy and high performing environment to ultimately ensure a high quality healthcare service to the South West of Victoria is provided by an engaged, empowered and motivated workforce.
The successful applicant will report to the Manager Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, and will work closely with other members of the People and Culture directorate and management.

Warrnambool is a prime location in the South West of Victoria and is only a short drive to shops and neighbouring country towns and attractions, with little to no traffic making for an easy commute to work.
What you bring
You must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and influence, negotiate and clearly communicate at all times. An ability to work in a changing environment demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills and to appropriately manage sensitive or confidential information is essential.
Qualifications and experience in Human Resources or management and knowledge of the public healthcare sector is highly desirable but not necessary.
