Reporting to the Head of P&C and working within a collaborative team environment, this newly created role will see you responsible for but not limited to.
- Managing the P&C Inbox: Responding and directing HR enquiries.
- HRIS Administration: Maintaining and updating employee lifecycle data within the HRIS System including new starters, change of status, terminations.
- Recruitment Support: Posting vacant positions, completing pre-employment checks, and preparing letters of offer, liaising with migration agents.
- Employee Engagement: Supporting initiatives and projects to boost employee engagement including coordinating ad-hoc social events.
- P&C Reporting: Contributing to P&C data management and reporting
- WHS Support: Act as lead on WHS processes including incident management, RTW, online training modules, Workcover administration.
- Experience working in a P&C team within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (highly regarded).
- Exceptional organisational & administration skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and other employment-related regulations.
