As our People & Culture Partner, you'll be the heartbeat of our dynamic team, managing a spectrum of HR functions. From fostering strong stakeholder relationships to championing HR initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge professional relationships, embodying a solution-focused ethos.
- Provide expert HR support from onboarding to offboarding.
- Facilitate performance reviews and cultivate performance planning.
- Navigate probationary reviews, grievance management, and performance concerns.
- Contribute to seamless recruitment processes and ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- HR-related degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in HR Advisory.
- Organised multitasker with a knack for deadlines.
- Proficient in Fair Work legislation, Awards, and procedural fairness.
- Analytical problem solver with strong communication skills.
- Team player adapting to a dynamic business environment.
