Lead by Example and Make a Difference
We are currently seeking a professional People, Culture & Safety Manager who will be a positive role model for the team, providing support and guidance across all aspects of Human Resources. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead initiatives to enhance HR processes, promote employee engagement and ensure safety compliance.
This position is available on a part time basis. Working days are flexible, work 4 full days or spread the hours over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities of our People, Culture & Safety Manager:
- Provide clear guidance and support on all HR and safety matters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet compliance standards.
- Administer safety and workers compensation processes.
- Champion best practices and support a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee inductions and training to empower our team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Occupational Safety & Workers Compensation legislation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- National Police Clearance required.
