Full time permanent HR & Talent role || Operationally focused on service delivery || $120,000 + super Your new company A small complex organisation based in Melbourne's CBD with flexibility to work from home is hiring a permanent HR & Talent Acquisition Partner due to internal changes. You'll report to the Director of People & Culture and work with a high-performing group of stakeholders who are experts in their fields. Working in newly renovated offices, you'll have state-of-the-art facilities and offices fit for purpose in Melbourne's CBD. Your new role Your new role is focused on service delivery in talent acquisition and human resources. The average month will look like this:
Managing the full employee life cycle from interpretation of employment law to performance conversations
Job analysis, design and evaluation, which will include benchmarking
End to end talent acquisition, talent pipelining, interviewing and onboarding
Taking a lead role in successfully implementing the new HRIS, SuccessFactors
What you'll need to succeed Ready to begin? You must have experience with SuccessFactors and ideally have worked on an HRIS implementation project previously. With diverse skills through recruitment, you will have experience recruiting a wide range of complex roles and are able to demonstrate your experience with sourcing hard to find skills. Your hands-on experience managing people matters will see you succeed. You must be comfortable in an evolving environment, able to pivot quickly with changing priorities. Ideally, you will have used the Hay Methodology for job evaluation alongside your job analysis and benchmarking skills.
