Munro Footwear Group is home to Australia's most iconic footwear brands and largest online footwear site Styletread. Over the years, our Marketing team has created the identities of brands synonymous with quality, style, trust, and comfort across Australia. We have some BIG plans for our digital marketing, and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage the end-to-end digital activity and performance across all MFG brands.

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the for delivering the Performance Marketing strategy across all brands strategy, goal setting, planning, execution, and measurement in line with overarching business goals and objectives.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager who has worked in the Retail and/or FMCG sector. In an industry where we are moving at a fast pace with production, technology and fashion, we are looking for an innovative digital expert who can drive our e-commerce marketing and be ahead of the trends. You will be a relationship driven, results orientated Manager who thrives on collaborative success.
Sound experience in Performance paid digital media channels (SEM, Display, Social, Affiliate, Programmatic)
SEO & CRM integration and demonstrable experience to test & learn (creative, channels, partners, funnels).
Agency or multi-brand retail client-side experience – will be working across all brands
End to end campaign management across all brands and channels including optimisation of existing channel performance, implementation of new channels and regular reporting/post campaign analysis.
6+ years' experience Performance Marketing experience in retail, media agency and/or pure play DTC environments, managing multi-channel digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
Experience in leading the implementation of successful integrated Performance Marketing campaigns.
Proficient in all Performance marketing technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Media, Technology or similar
Pureplay or online marketplace experience.
Demonstrable Performance, Programmatic and Paid Social campaign management.
Excellent technical knowledge of digital technologies and reporting platforms
Deep understanding of channel efficacy
A track record of achieving commercial targets– including post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Growth mindset to support new thinking and opportunity generation.
Ability to manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives.
Proven stakeholder and influencing skills.
