We are the top diesel performance workshops in Australia and have one of the very few experienced file writers onsite daily tuning vehicles on our dynos.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing mechanical and performance workshop.
Our ideal candidate must have knowledge in the car service industry, sales experience and great customer service skills.
Experience with marketing platforms like Facebook & google media is preferred.
NO Saturday work and only half a day on Friday!!!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Front office sales advisory.
- General admin duties such as greeting customers and ensuring the required paperwork is completed.
- Liaise with our Mechanical team to ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Prior experience in a Service Advisor role or similar in a workshop.
- Exceptional customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn, as our industry is always changing.
- The ability to research and keep up to date with industry trends and changes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great organizational skills.
- Possess a professional phone manner.
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as a part of a team.
