Permits Officer

Public Sector People are working closely with a council north of the CBD to recruit a Permit and Appeals Officer. 

Key Responsibilities - 

• Review permit applications and appeals against unsuccessful permit applications. Permit applications will include but are not limited to, parking permits, animal permits and filming permits.
• Assess infringement reviews and investigate the validity of claims in line with legislations and policies. 
• Manage incoming and outbound phone calls for the department. 

What we are looking for -

• Strong customer service experience and great phone manner. 
• Experience issuing permits and reviewing appeals
• Local council experience
• TechOne experience is beneficial
