About Position:
With the growth of the business at LACKMAA Blinds and Curtains PTY Ltd, it is required to maintain the existing standards and implement better controls and service levels ensuring the quality of the products and increase profitability in line with the organizations growth plan. Employee in role of Office Manager will plan and undertake administration of business and its and projects and organise and manage the day-today activities of office.
By handling these tasks, an Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, supporting both the administrative and sales functions of the company.
Main Tasks:
- Managing and supervising administrative and factory staff.
- Stock ordering and maintaining registry and re-ordering.
- Customer enquiry handing and relationship management.
- Implementing and monitoring administrative and production procedures.
- Organizing client meetings and organizing resources.
- Dealing with vendors and negotiating prices.
- Office premises management.
- Evaluating project scopes and defining deadlines for completion.
- Production process monitoring and quality controlling.
Position Requirements:
• AQF Level 6 in Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Managerial Level
• Full-time working rights in Australia.
Salary: Annual $ 73,150 plus super.
