- Coordinate and manage the family members complex schedule, including business meetings, personal
appointments, and family events - Plan and arrange international and domestic travel plans including private jet charted, luxury
accommodations and bespoke travel experiences - Organise and coordinate high-profile events, parties and functions, ensuring seamless execution and
attention to detail - Assist with financial matters, including managing expenses, handling invoices and coordinating with
financial advisors and accountants - Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls and correspondence
Key Requirements:
- Experience in an senior Executive/Personal Assistant position
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High level of professionalism and discretion
