About the Role
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a friendly and collaborative litigation team based in Perth. Working closely with four Personal Assistants within this practice group, you will be able to build on your career with direct mentoring opportunities in a collaborative and interactive team.
Duties
- Opening files
- Assisting the preparation of documents and general correspondence
- General requirements including telephones, incoming and outgoing mail and filing
- Monthly billing and expenses
- Client reporting
- Assisting with diary management and email management
- Organising team events
- General support to the team PA’s and to the litigation professionals
- 2 Years previous Legal Secretary experience required in a litigation team or strong administration experience highly regarded
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong, professional team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge.
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills
