Your role
When you join this team, you will become the driving force in this leading accounting and business advisory firm and be pivotal to their continued success. In this role your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless operations and a superior level of support for the partners and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Partners and wider team, including attending meetings, preparing minutes, reports, and corporate documents/communications.
- Maintain office management systems, filing, databases for existing and new clients, ensuring smooth operations.
- Expertly manage the Partners' calendars, assessing priorities and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, events, and coordinate refreshments.
- Handle electronic lodgement of ATO, ASIC documents, and related compliance matters.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and corporate communications.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, combined with a friendly and personable approach when dealing with clients.
- Exceptional time management and methodical organisational ability.
- The ability to work well within a team, contributing to a cohesive group effort.
- Being adept at utilising technology and digital tools (proven intermediate/advanced MS Office Suite).
- Ability to accurately take instructions and implement these and plan for contingency by knowing when to ask for help.
And finally, coming from a finance background is not essential but having a strong business and financial sense will be extremely well-regarded.
