Personal Assistant for Female Founder

Location: South Yarra, Melbourne

We are in search of a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our female founder as she navigates the exciting growth of her lifestyle business. This is more than just a role; it's an opportunity to become an indispensable right-hand to our founder and a key player in the development of the business.

Role Details -

Initially part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time.

Onsite position – South Yarra

Hours: 3-4 days per week.

Competitive salary: $70,000-$80,000 pro rata.

With a proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving, you'll effortlessly manage a variety of tasks, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

Key Responsibilities -

Handle ad hoc day-to-day tasks

Manage both personal and work-related inboxes

Coordinate diaries efficiently

Run errands and manage online grocery shopping

Provide general administrative support across personal and business matters

Assist with travel planning, event coordination, and family organisation

Demonstrate flexibility with occasional late finishes or early starts

Undertake personal bookings and management tasks

Support general office tasks related to business growth and development

Showcase strong computer literacy and attention to detail

Requirements -

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Full driver's license and access to a reliable car

Eligibility to live and work in Australia

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant with outstanding references

Current WWC and Police Check (required upon hiring)
