About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Legal Assistant, to provide invaluable support to the Principal Director. The ideal candidate embodies maturity, effective communication skills, and upholds our values of authenticity and compassion.
- Efficient diary management for client appointments, court obligations, and meetings with counsel
- Oversight of disclosure document compilation for property matters, including process optimisation
- Task coordination and timely completion, with regular updates to the Principal Director
- Friendly and efficient handling of client inquiries and phone calls
- Accurate data entry and meticulous file management
- Adhoc administrative tasks as needed
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or legal secretary (family law preferred)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Proficiency in organising financial disclosures for family law property matters
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with LEAP legal software and e-Brief Ready
- Stellar interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude
- Capacity to work autonomously, tackle challenges head-on, and adapt to evolving processes
- Understanding of Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
