SalaryAn awesome opportunity has arisen for a motivated Personal Assistant to join a large State Government department on a temporary assignment from May through to October 2024.
About the Role:
- Provide accurate, timely and quality administrative services to support aviation operations.
- Provide a high quality of Personal Assistant to the Director
- Process various administrative and financial documentation including Credit Card reconciliations
- Maintain Directors calendar’s, diary, correspondence, travel, and events coordination.
- Draft correspondence and take meeting minute notes,
About You:
- You will ideally have previous Personal Assistant experience
- Highly organised and manages their time effectively
- Flexible in their approach to work and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- The ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- Sound understanding of discretion and confidentiality
Benefits:
- $46.27 per hour + Super
- Full-Time hours, Monday-Friday
- ASAP start pending police clearance
- Temporary Assignment from May – October (possibility of extension)
